WHO CAN JOIN THIS NETWORK?
We aim to build a strong community aligned with our values. To be part of the directory, we ask that you:
Support working mothers, either as a mother yourself or as a professional who values this cause.
Ensure your business has a positive impact, respecting principles of equity, collaboration, and sustainability.
Share mowom’s vision . This is a space built on motivation, respect, and solidarity.
And although it's not mandatory, priority is given to entrepreneurs who have included "Mother" in their LinkedIn profile as part of their professional journey.
I am Raquel, a spanish industrial engineer, sustainability consultant and I live in Germany. I worked for many years in the automotive industry until I decided to focus on my studies in environmental management. Soon after I became a mother, and I realised for the first time how important and necessary the work of women is in raising children, especially at a very young age. When I decided to look for a job and re-enter the paid world of work, I chose not to "camouflage" all that time and to include my position as a mother on my CV.
