MOTHER´S WORK MATTERS
If you're a mother, mowom is for you.
MOTHERHOOD IS A JOB. IT’S NOT A BREAK OR A GAP IN YOUR CAREER.
You’ve developed key skills and gained valuable experience that deserves recognition.

Does this sound familiar? Have you ever felt like this?

You’ve taken time off for parenting and worry about the "gap" in your résumé.

You need to update your CV but don’t know how to reflect this time without being penalized.

You’re looking for a flexible job but struggle to find opportunities that match your qualifications and expectations.

You feel alone or believe that caregiving has affected your confidence as a professional.

You know you’ve developed key skills but aren’t sure if you should include them in your résumé.

Your career hasn’t stopped but has changed, and you’d like your role as a mother to be seen as an asset, not an obstacle.
If you relate to any of these, mowom is here to help.
THE PRIORITY IS TO GIVE VISIBILITY TO YOUR SKILLS AND POTENTIALS.
To everything you already knew before becoming a mother and to everything you have enhanced and learnt during motherhood and to recognise their professional value.
IF YOU HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT SHOWING THIS STAGE IN YOUR CV IN SOME WAY...
We propose ideas that we and other women have used so that you can include them in your CV and thus promote a fairer change in social and business culture.
WE WANT YOU TO FEEL ACCOMPANIED BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY OF US.
That is why we are looking for support, experiences of other women, experts in coaching, etc. with whom we can share knowledge and feel stronger.
UPDATE YOUR CV AND
YOUR LINKEDIN PROFILE.
1
Add your parenting job as a new position on your CV. Include it with the title you are most comfortable with ("mother", "primary caregiver"), with a brief description of the main tasks, as you would do with any paid job.
For example, Mother's position with the tasks "organisation, planning and management of material and human resources".

It should be noted that mowom does not operate as a commercial entity, has no functions associated with recruitment or employment activities and does not generate financial income. We encourage you to use this platform altruistically and as a means of expression for a cause, if you feel it is suitable for you.
3
